Management Consultation
The Wheeler EAP management team provides unlimited consultation to your organization on supervisory, management, human resources, and organizational development issues. We provide expertise, consultation, and assistance with:
- Development of policies and procedures, such as workplace violence and sexual harassment prevention
- Resolving employee and union conflicts
- Crisis situations
- Organizational change and restructuring
- Conflict resolution
- Teambuilding
- Drug Free Workplace and DOT regulations
- Disaster planning and personal safety
We also offer case management services when employees are referred for job performance deficiencies. We closely monitor employee progress throughout the course of EAP and any recommended treatment, for up to a year or more.
