The Wheeler EAP offers professional coaching services to managers, supervisors, and executives at all levels. Our coaching services are designed to:

• Build the client's management, leadership, and people skills
• Develop/enhance emotional intelligence
• Improve the client's ability to manage organizational change
• Improve the effectiveness of the team or the organization
• Enhance communication, morale, and productivity
• Help the client reach his/her potential and maximize personal strengths

Wheeler EAP professional coaches work one-on-one with individuals and establish a focused plan. Coaching sessions are typically conducted two to four times per month in person or by telephone. Wheeler EAP coaches have extensive business experience and are carefully matched to each individual client.
